SHIPPING YOUR ORDER: We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours. In most cases, it will go out the same day. Due to 2 centrally located warehouses, motor freight shipments usually arrive in 3-5 working days. Standard orders (non-freight items) will typically arrive in 2-3 working days. This information should be used as a general guide and is not guaranteed.

RESTRICTED ITEMS: I understand that Woodshop Products LLC. does NOT authorize or represent that I may legally purchase, possess, carry, or utilize any item(s) which I may order. In accordance with my state and local laws, as well as federal law, I have determined the legality of the item(s) I am purchasing. For age-restricted items, I certify that I am at least 21 years of age, and I am under no other legal prohibition concerning this purchase.

NON-FREIGHT ITEMS: *Non-freight items are assessed a shipping and handling fee based on the total dollar amount of the items. Due to oversize restrictions, some items require additional shipping and handling charges. These items are individually noted. Orders for non-freight items with a total weight of over 250 lbs. may be shipped via truck freight and will incur additional shipping charges. Orders that do not include freight items will be shipped by ground transportation unless otherwise specified. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and U.S. Territories will be quoted at current rates. Canadian orders will be shipped by UPS only, and are subject to a minimum order size of $50.00 (repair parts excluded). Brokerage, duty, and taxes will apply. Special handling costs or shipping fees may be added to your order, and all orders may be subject to a fuel surcharge. Shipping charges for parts may vary from published charges.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES:(Non-Freight Items) TRUCK FREIGHT ORDERS:* We have a flat rate shipping program for items requiring shipment by truck freight so you know exactly what your cost will be. This program applies only to the lower 48 states. We have listed the shipping charge for each machine next to the price (a fuel surcharge may be added). See inside order form for an example of how to apply this to your order. Shipping rates for truck freight orders to Canada will be quoted during the checkout process on woodshopmachinery.com and are also available via phone at 1-(253) 777-9663.

*Orders that contain freight, as well as additional S/H charges due to oversize restrictions and non-freight items, must include the flat rate shipping fee per item and the shipping and handling fee based on the total dollar amount of those non-freight items. All orders may be subject to a fuel surcharge.

Truck drivers are subject to a number of regulations, one of which is that they are not required to give assistance unloading. Please be prepared for this "curbside" delivery, as you are responsible for unloading the item(s) and placing them in your shop. This normally takes a couple of "friends". Your location must be tractor-trailer accessible. Some carriers reserve the right to charge a limited access delivery fee, which will be added to your invoice if applicable. We recommend that you make arrangements with the trucking company to take delivery at the freight terminal if you can. They will load it onto your vehicle. Make sure your vehicle is capable of handling the weight. Also, bring plenty of tie downs to properly secure the load.

We can offer liftgate service for a discounted rate when ordered through woodshopmachinery.com. Please ask for more details when placing your order.

SHIPPING DAMAGE: When you receive your shipment from the trucking company, it is extremely important to inspect and note any damage that might be suspect. Holes, dents, tears, etc. should be noted on the form the driver gives you to sign accepting delivery. These notations will allow us to make a claim for shipping damage on your behalf. Failure to do so makes it extremely difficult to make a claim. If there is shipping damage and you have noted it on the delivery form, you can e-mail us at support@woodshopmachinery.com, call our Customer Service Department at (253) 777-9663. We will take care of all the necessary arrangements to have the problem resolved.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S. AND CANADA: Orders will be quoted at current rates. Items will be shipped via UPS. Special handling costs, additional shipping fees, and applicable brokerage fees may be added to your order.

BACKORDERS: If not specified, out of stock items will automatically be placed on back order and shipped immediately when available.

RETURNS: Should you decide to return an item(s) for any reason, be it for refund, exchange or warranty, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-(253) 777-9663. We will take you to step by step through the return process. Returns for refund or exchange must be within 30 days of purchase. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returns must be in original packing, unused and in resalable condition and all non-defective returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All merchandise must be shipped to us using an authorized return label that we provide when setting up your return. We will not accept returns sent to us without prior authorization.

TECHNICAL SERVICE: Please contact our Technical Service Department at (253) 777-9663 before sending or bringing any item back for service. For machinery, please have your serial number available. If it is determined that the best course of action is to send the item back to us for service, we will make every effort to repair and return it to you in a timely manner.

We make every effort to be exact with our photography, prices, specifications, and copy. Sometimes errors do occur and we apologize for them. We reserve the right to make changes and correct errors at any time.

PRIVACY POLICY: We respect your right to privacy and do not disclose your personal data to other organizations.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT: By placing an order with Woodshop Products LLC. through woodshopmachinery.com, you agree that an account will be created in our systems to manage and process your order.

EMAIL COMMUNICATION: By ordering from woodshopmachinery.com and providing us with your contact email address, you agree to receive email communication about your order and account. For security, you will receive an email requesting confirmation of your ownership of the email address provided to us prior to receiving this communication.

LIMITED WARRANTY: Grizzly (manufacturer's warranty) warrants every product it sells for a period of 1 year to the original purchaser from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, repairs, improper wiring, alterations, lack of maintenance or consumable parts. This is Grizzly's sole written warranty and any and all warranties that may be implied by law, including any merchantability or fitness, for any particular purpose, are hereby limited to the duration of this written warranty. We do not warrant or represent that our merchandise complies with the provisions of any laws, acts or electrical codes. We do not reimburse for third party repairs, services, or any expenses related to moving machinery to and from carrier vehicles or residences. In no event shall Grizzly's liability under this warranty exceed the purchase price paid for the product and any legal actions brought against Grizzly shall be tried in the State of Washington, County of Whatcom. We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. To take advantage of this warranty, please call our Customer Service Department at (253) 777-9663. Proof of purchase must accompany the merchandise. Manufacturers reserve the right to change specifications at any time as they constantly strive to achieve better quality equipment. Please Note: Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

California Proposition 65


Some products sold on this website may contain chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. Grizzly Industrial has chosen to provide a warning based on its knowledge about the presence of one or more listed chemicals without attempting to evaluate the level of exposure. Any risk of exposure may be below the Proposition 65 level of concern, or could even be zero. However, out of an abundance of caution, Grizzly Industrial has elected to place this Proposition 65 warning notification here for all of its products.


Some dust created by power sanding, sawing, grinding, drilling, and other construction activities contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. Some examples of these chemicals are:

  • lead from lead-based paints,
  • crystalline silica from bricks and cement and other masonry products, and
  • arsenic and chromium from chemically treated lumber.

Your risk from exposure to these chemicals varies, depending on how often you do this type of work. To reduce your exposure, work in a well-ventilated area and with approved safety equipment, such as dust masks that are specially designed to filter out microscopic particles.

Defective Products

All the items we sell are covered under warranty for ( see each product for warranty term) from the original purchase date, for the original buyer. Other name-brand items may come with different manufacturer warranties.

10 Day acceptance period from the date of delivery. Damage claims and order discrepancies will not be accepted after this time. ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED: support@woodshopmachinery.com

If it becomes necessary to return an item that is not working properly, please call us at (253) 777-9663 or email us at support@woodshopmachinery.com to obtain a Return Authorization number. We will provide you instructions for shipping the item back to Grizzly Industrial warehouse.

After we receive the item, the Grizzly Service Department will inspect it to determine the cause of the problem. If our inspection confirms the item is defective and is still under warranty, we will either repair or replace it for you.

Non-Defective Products

All Non-Defective Products as so deemed so by Woodshop Products LLC, Grizzly customer service and or tech repair departments are NON-RETURNABLE for ANY reason other than an issue covered under warranty.

Unloading and moving freight once delivered

We have negotiated discounted rates for lift-gate delivery with the freight carriers we use. If you opt for this service, the carrier will use a truck equipped with a lift-gate to lower your freight to the ground.

Your delivery address must be accessible by a tractor-trailer and you are still responsible for moving the freight from your curbside to your shop. If you want lift-gate delivery, just select this option during checkout when you place your order online.

Some freight terminals are equipped to offer additional services - such as moving the freight into your shop or garage for you, on a limited basis, for an additional charge.

None of the carriers we work with will move freight up or down stairs or will drive on residential driveways or unpaved roads.

Please be advised that Grizzly Industrial and Woodshop Products LLC will not be responsible for providing these services for returns.

Items between 70 and 150 lbs. may ship by UPS / FedEx ground or by truck freight.

Items over 150 lbs. are shipped via truck freight.

Orders for non-freight items with a total weight of over 250 lbs. may be shipped via truck freight and will incur additional shipping charges.

The trucking company will call you to arrange for curbside delivery. Your delivery address must be accessible by tractor-trailer. Truck drivers are not required to give assistance unloading, which means that you are responsible for unloading your freight and moving it to your shop. Lift-gate delivery is available for an additional $34.00 charge if you request the service through Woodshop Products LLC. You can add lift-gate service to your order during check-out.

You may also consider arranging to pick up your freight at the carrier's terminal if you can. They will load it onto your vehicle. Please make sure your vehicle is capable of handling the weight and be sure to bring plenty of tie downs to properly secure the load.

Freight damage

Thank you for your recent Woodshop Products LLC order. Due to the high cost of freight damage, and the difficulty in recovering these costs when a shipment is improperly received, we want to ensure that you are an informed customer and understand the importance of properly inspecting and receiving shipments to avoid loss.

It is the customer responsibility to understand how to receive shipments in order to avoid having to bear the expense of damage or loss when these occurrences are not properly documented.

Grizzly Industrial and Woodshop Products LLC will not assume costs for shorted or visibly damaged shipments when the guidelines below are not followed. Such costs will be borne entirely by the customer and or his/her consignee.

Shipments via Truck Freight or UPS Ground

Visible Damage or Shortage

Inspect all shipments for freight damage and carton shortages before signing the shipping document. Any and all damage must be noted on the carrier's copy of the shipping document (Bill of Lading) and a copy should be retained for the recipient's records. Shipments that bear excessive visible damage should be refused at the delivery point.

Concealed Damage

The shipment must be opened and inspected within 7 days from the shipping date and Woodshop Products LLC must be notified in writing via email ASAP if any shortage or concealed damage is discovered.

Concealed damage and/or shortage claims made after 7 days of the shipping date will not be honored.

Shipments via UPS Ground

Any damage or shortage on a shipment should be reported to Woodshop Products LLC in writing via email ASAP and must be reported no later than 7 days of delivery. If damage or a shortage is discovered, the original box and all packaging must be retained for the carrier to perform an inspection of the shipment.

The carriers we use to ship orders work very hard to deliver packages and freight in good condition. Sometimes, however, damage does occur.

Inspect all your freight deliveries carefully and if you see any signs of damage to the packaging or to the item itself, note the condition on the delivery receipt before you sign for the shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, keep all the original packaging and report the damage to us right away by emailing us at support@woodshopmachinery.com or calling our Customer Service Department at (253) 777-9663. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Scheduling freight delivery around your schedule

The freight company will call you to arrange a delivery appointment if you request one in writing.

Freight is delivered on weekdays during normal business hours. Someone must be available to unload (or supervise unloading) and sign for the freight and note any damage to the packaging or the item, or any missing boxes.

Many customers who work full-time find it more convenient to arrange to pick up at the carrier's terminal or to have their orders shipped to their work address or to a friend who can be home to accept delivery during the day.

Summary of Return Policy.

  • A 30% re-stocking fee applies to all returns.
  • All Non-Defective Products, Tools, and Machinery are NON-RETURNABLE.

Typographical Errors

Shipping & Handling:

All orders are shipped by Ground unless the customer pays additional charges for expedited shipping services. Orders placed on weekdays will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day No orders can be shipped to PO boxes. If we are shipping your order to a business, please include the business name. If any items of your order need to be back ordered, you will be notified by email. There is an additional shipping cost for back ordered items. We do not ship internationally, and additional fees will apply to shipments made to Hawaii and Alaska. Delivery: Woodshop Products LLC. makes no guarantee that ordered items will arrive by a certain time or date. Any quote regarding the delivery date or time frame is merely an estimate. If you absolutely must have the product within a certain time frame, you must notify Woodshop Products LLC at time of order. Most items can be expected anywhere between 4-14 day but could take up to 21 days, depending on various factors. Woodshop Products LLC is not responsible for any additional fees customer may incur for rental of equipment for purposes of unloading or other purposes related to receiving the product. Woodshop Products LLC is not responsible if the Freight Company provides the customer with a delivery date, and unforeseen circumstances delay shipment further. Once again, any delivery date provided either by Woodshop Products LLC or the freight carrier is merely an estimate, not a guarantee of the delivery date. Any number of various shippers may be used to deliver the product to the destination, depending on the item being shipped, quantity, time and destination. Some larger items will need a loading dock or some other special means to remove the item from the delivery vehicle. Customers are responsible to provide for these means. Again, the customer is responsible for unloading heavy truck freight shipments from delivery truck, unless other arrangements have been made (ie: liftgate delivery). Additional charges will apply for a liftgate delivery. Some items are too large for a liftgate. Customer is also responsible for the installation of products unless otherwise agreed to. Customer must follow the manufacturer's installation specifications and instructions for installation and operation exactly or warranty and return capability may be eliminated. If the freight company attempts delivery and nobody is present to receive shipment, causing a subsequent re-delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for paying a re-delivery fee. Additional charges would also be required if the customer needs to re-direct shipment to a different delivery address after an order has already shipped. Customer may also be responsible for storage fees if the freight carrier has to hold product due to the customer being unable to receive a product for periods of two days or more. Customers purchasing items that weigh over 70 LBS must ship by freight truck rather than UPS or FEDEX. Online orders: this residential delivery fee will be assessed after your order has been completed. Please indicate in our "Special Instructions" section whether or not your ship to address is a business or residential address. There will be additional charges for UPS orders shipping to a residential address. We deliver to the continental US, lower 48 contiguous states only. Please indicate if liftgate truck is required. An additional fee will apply to all orders that require a lift gate. Some items are too large to be delivered by liftgate. Call for details. CUSTOMERS PURCHASING MACHINERY THAT WEIGHS OVER 70 LBS: IT IS UP TO YOU, THE CUSTOMER TO PROVIDE A CORRECT, COMMERCIAL ADDRESS OR SPECIFY A TERMINAL PICKUP AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. IF YOU HAVE ERRONEOUSLY GIVEN US A SHIPPING ADDRESS THAT THE SHIPPING COMPANY INFORMS US IS A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS, (OR IS IN ANY OTHER WAY INCORRECT) IF WE CATCH THE ERROR BEFORE THE SHIPMENT IS DELIVERED YOU HAVE THE OPTION OF PAYING THE EXTRA CHARGE OR PICKING THE MACHINERY UP AT YOUR LOCAL TERMINAL. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE ANY COSTS INCURRED TO US DUE TO SUCH ERRORS TO THE CUSTOMER IN THE EVENT OF THE ORDER FULFILLMENT OR POSSIBLE CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER. Orders to be shipped by US Mail will require an additional handling charge and may add 2-3 working days to process your order. Please be advised UPS and FedEx does not deliver to Post Office Boxes and to some rural address. If there is no UPS, FedEx ground service to your address additional shipping charges will apply.

Coupons Terms & Conditions


When you enroll in the Coupons ("Program"), you agree to be bound by these Program Terms and Conditions. Woodshop Products LLC./www.woodshopmachinery.com reserves the right at any time and from time to time, without notice, to add to, remove from, change or terminate the Program; for example, _Woodshop Products LLC./grizzlywoodworkingtools.com may change the Program benefits, Coupons credit levels, Program affiliations or redemption offers at any time without notice. Participants are responsible for accessing these sites in order to keep informed of Program features applicable to Participants' rights and responsibilities with regard to the Program. For questions regarding the Program, Participants may also call 1-253-777-9663 (8 a.m to 5 p.m., (Pacific Time Zone), Monday through Friday).

Coupons credits may be redeemed in accordance with these Program Terms and Conditions. Woodshop Products LLC./grizzlywoodworkingtools.com may further restrict the Program based on your place of residence.

When you obtain Coupons credits, you have obtained a limited license from Woodshop Products LLC./woodshopproducts.com as described in these Program Terms and Conditions. Coupons credits are not your property. Coupons credits are not transferable under any conditions, including upon a Participant's death, as part of a domestic relations matter, or in any other matter, and any purported transfer or exchange of Coupons credits is null and void. Coupons credits may not be combined with any other Program Participant's Coupons credits. All Coupons credits will be forfeited upon your withdrawal from or termination of the Program.


To the fullest extent allowed by law, Woodshop Products LLC./woodshoptoolts.com retains ownership rights in any and all Coupons credits and grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Coupons credits only as specifically designated by Woodshop Products LLC./grizzlywoodworkingtools.com as part of the Program. In the event that your account is canceled or terminated by you or by Woodshop Products LLC./grizzlywoodworkingtools.com for any reason, then you will no longer have the right to use any Coupons credits stored in or otherwise associated with your account, without any compensation to you or any liability of Woodshop Products LLC./grizzlywoodworkingtools.com. Once Coupons credits are deleted from your account, they will not be reinstated, except at owner's sole discretion.
